Anti-Rad51 (T309) Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Rad51, recognising an epitope corresponding to amino acids 280-330 of the Human protein. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and detects endogenous levels of Rad51 protein.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280-330 of Human Rad51, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 42 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
