Anti-RAD51 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against RAD51 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is supplied as a liquid.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–340 of human Rad51. The target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
