Anti-RAD50 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RAD50, available through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Recommended applications include Western Blotting at 1:500–1:1,000, Immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200 and Immunoprecipitation at 1:20–1:50. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human Rad50 (NP_005723.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific, the reported molecular weight is 154 kDa, and the product is supported by four scientific validation images.
