Anti-RAD23B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RAD23B, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and recognises RAD23B in human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and ELISA at 1 µg/ml. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 43 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human RAD23B. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
