Anti-Rad23B (5H1) Antibody

This Mouse monoclonal IgG antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com, is raised against the human Rad23B nucleotide excision repair protein and is suitable for Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry workflows. The clone5H1 was generated against purified recombinant human Rad23B fragments expressed in E. coli and recognises endogenous Rad23B in human, mouse, rat, and monkey samples. Each vial contains 50 µL of purified antibody supplied at 1 mg/mL in a buffer of 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, and 0.2% sodium azide as a preservative; short-term storage is recommended at 4 °C with long-term storage at –20 °C to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The conjugate is unconjugated, allowing flexible labelling for downstream detection, and the reagent is intended for research use only.
