Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody specifically recognizes RAD23A, a key participant in nucleotide excision repair (NER). RAD23A contains ubiquitin-like (UBL) and ubiquitin-associated (UBA) domains that link DNA damage recognition with proteasomal degradation, making it relevant to studies of UV-induced lesions, genome stability, and protein turnover. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, and it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting comparative work across cell line and tissue model systems. Each vial contains 100 µl of ready-to-use antibody suitable for detection of endogenous RAD23A expression in lysates and fixed tissue sections.
