Anti-Rad22 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Rad22 target is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation with reactivity directed at Schizosaccharomyces pombe.

Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA, with a recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:2,000–1:5,000. The immunogen is recombinant full-length S. pombe Rad22 protein expressed in E. coli, and the antibody is affinity purified. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline containing 50% glycerol, filter sterilised, without sodium azide, and carrier free.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
