Anti-RAD18 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is supplied unconjugated for the detection of RAD18 by Western blot (WB) on human samples. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RAD18 and detects endogenous levels of the total RAD18 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The reagent is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
