Anti-Rad18 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Rad18 and is unconjugated. Supplied as a liquid preparation, it is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with mouse samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity purified. It is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, is filter sterilised, and is supplied without sodium azide and carrier free. The product has been KO validated and is supported by 4 scientific validation images. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide corresponding to 100 carboxyl terminal amino acids of the mouse Rad18 protein, expressed with a GST tag. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:1,000, IP at 1:200–1:500, and IHC at 1:100–1:300. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; aliquot on delivery and store at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
