Anti-Rad18 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Rad18, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to 113 carboxyl-terminal amino acids of the human Rad18 protein, produced with a GST tag. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol and purified by affinity chromatography, and is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. A recommended starting dilution of 1:1,000 is given for Western blotting. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
