Anti-RAD1 Antibody

RAD1 assembles with HUS1 and RAD9 to form the heterotrimeric DNA damage sensor that is loaded onto stalled replication forks and resected DNA ends, where it recruits ATR and amplifies Chk1 signaling to enforce the G2/M cell cycle checkpoint; loss or depletion of RAD1 is linked to chromosomal instability and hypersensitivity to genotoxic stress.
