Anti-RACGAP1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises RACGAP1, also referred to as MGCRACGAP. It is unconjugated and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 353–632 of human RACGAP1, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 71 kDa. It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

According to the manufacturer, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
