RAC2 (Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 2) is a member of the Rho family of small GTPases that drives actin cytoskeleton remodeling, cell migration, and superoxide generation through NADPH oxidase activation in hematopoietic lineages. This Antibodies.com reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RAC2 and validated for Western blot analysis of human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated immunoglobulin is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, making it a practical tool for laboratories investigating neutrophil chemotaxis, hematopoietic cell signaling, primary immunodeficiency research, or Rho GTPase pathway analysis.
