Anti-RAC2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises RAC2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–192 of human RAC2 (NP_002863.1). It has a reported molecular weight of 21 kDa and is affinity purified. The formulation is a liquid supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended dilutions, as reported by the manufacturer, are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
