Anti-RAC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RAC1 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and is supported by 5 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–192 of human Rac1/2/3 (NP_008839.2). The antibody detects a target with a molecular weight of 21 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
