Anti-Rac1 (Ab-71) Antibody

Rac1 is a 21 kDa member of the Rho family of small GTPases that cycles between an active GTP-bound state and an inactive GDP-bound state, regulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics, lamellipodia formation, cell adhesion, migration, and NADPH-driven reactive oxygen species production. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of antisera and is validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous Rac1 in lysates from human, mouse, and rat origin, as well as for immunofluorescence (IF) staining of fixed cells and tissue sections.
