Anti-RABGAP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RABGAP1 and is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified IgG preparation. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with 3 scientific validation images available, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 830–1069 of human RABGAP1 (NP_036329.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 122 kDa.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with concentration given as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
