RABEP1 (Rab GTPase-binding effector protein 1), commonly known as Rabaptin-5, plays a central role in endocytic membrane trafficking and the homotypic fusion of early endosomes. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit and prepared as a polyclonal antibody, supplied as 100 µL of liquid stock for Western Blot (WB) applications targeting mouse RABEP1 in research samples.

Each preparation is produced under controlled conditions with documented reactivity against the mouse protein, making it useful for studies of receptor internalization, vesicle trafficking, and endosome maturation pathways. Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with any compatible secondary reagent: HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG for chemiluminescent immunoblotting, biotinylated secondaries for streptavidin-based detection, or fluorophore-labeled reagents for multiplexed fluorescence readout.

Antibodies.com supplies this reagent with full details on host species, clonality, isotype, target identity, and species reactivity, supporting straightforward experimental design and troubleshooting. Recommended handling includes storage at -20°C in small working aliquots to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and preserve long-term activity; short-term refrigerated storage at 4°C is acceptable for active aliquots. The 100 µL volume is sufficient to support multiple immunoblotting runs across several membrane preparations when used at standard dilutions.
