Anti-RAB7A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RAB7A (Ras-related protein Rab-7a), unconjugated and presented with an estimated purity of greater than 95%. The antibody has been validated for Western Blotting and Immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. Immunisation was performed against recombinant human RAB7A protein, and the resulting antiserum was purified by immunogen affinity chromatography. Recommended storage is to ship the vial at 4 °C on arrival, then aliquot and keep at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
