Anti-RAB7A Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and recognises the RAB7A target. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, it is presented in unconjugated liquid form and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the reagent is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100 to the C-terminus of human RAB7 (NP_004628.4). Purification is carried out by affinity chromatography, and the resulting antibody has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration specified per lot. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon receipt, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:10–1:100 for immunohistochemistry.
