Anti-RAB5C Antibody

Affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against RAB5C, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies catalogue. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Western blot (WB) is recommended at dilutions between 1:500 and 1:2,000, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) is also listed as a supported application. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–216 of human RAB5C (accession NP_958842.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
