Anti-RAB5B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RAB5B, supplied as a liquid and unconjugated. Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody of IgG isotype, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human RAB5B (NP_002859.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
