Anti-RAB4A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent is raised against the Ras-related protein Rab-4A (RAB4A), a well-known early endosome and endosomal trafficking marker. The antibody is affinity-purified using the immunogen (a recombinant human RAB4A protein) and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and is provided in a 50 µl format. Recommended applications include Western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500–1:2000 and immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:100, with the reagent validated for reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of total RAB4A, making it suitable for studies of membrane trafficking, endosomal sorting, and related signalling pathways.
