Anti-RAB4A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against RAB4A, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50-150 of human RAB4A (NP_004569.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 25 kDa. The recommended Western Blot dilution range is 1:100–1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
