Anti-RAB3D Antibody

A polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets RAB3D (also referred to as Rab3D) and is raised in rabbit hosts. The IgG-class reagent is unconjugated and presented as a liquid. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–219 of human RAB3D (NP_004274.1). Affinity purification is used during manufacture, and the product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
