Anti-RAB3A Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and directed against RAB3A. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported for mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human RAB3A (NP_002857.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 25 kDa and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in liquid form in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
