Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed through Bio-Connect, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the RAB35 target (UniProt Q15286), a member of the small Ras-related GTPase Rab family involved in endosomal trafficking, cytokinesis and membrane recycling. The antibody is supplied as50 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock formulated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated for flexibility in downstream detection chemistries. Clonality is polyclonal, the host species is rabbit (IgG isotype), and the conjugate is unconjugated, with an estimated purity greater than 95% as reported on the supplier datasheet. The reagent has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of endogenous RAB35 expression at its expected molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa. For optimal preservation of activity, the antibody should be stored at –20 °C in aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, and it is certified for Research Use Only. Practical starting dilutions for Western Blot typically fall in the range of 1:500–1:2000, although optimal working concentrations should be determined empirically by the end user according to the sample type and detection system. This product is ideal for investigators working on Rab GTPase biology, endocytic pathway regulation, and membrane trafficking in cell biology and neurobiology research.
