Anti-RAB31 Antibody

RAB31 is a member of the Rab family of small GTPases that regulates membrane trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and early endosomes, and is implicated in phagosome maturation, autophagy, and tumor-cell migration pathways.

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RAB31 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is intended for research use only in vitro.

Laboratories apply it to characterize endogenous RAB31 expression across cultured cell lines and primary cells, study endosomal sorting and receptor recycling, and probe trafficking events relevant to cancer cell behavior.
