Anti-RAB31 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets RAB31, with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot and supplied unconjugated, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–195 of human RAB31 (NP_006859.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 22 kDa. Recommended dilutions for WB are 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
