Anti-RAB28 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 90–170 of human RAB28 (NP_001017979.1), and the target migrates at approximately 25 kDa. The liquid antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
