Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RAB27A and is raised against recombinant full length human RAB27A. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of RAB27A protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) in human, mouse and rat samples. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the target protein detected at a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa.
