Anti-RAB1B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised against the RAB1B GTPase, a Ras-related small GTPase that regulates vesicular trafficking between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. RAB1B has been studied in the context of autophagosome biogenesis, mTORC1 signaling, and viral replication, and altered RAB1B expression has been reported in several cancer models. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The 100 µl vial provides enough reagent for multiple staining and blotting experiments, and the glycerol-containing buffer is suitable for aliquoting and storage at standard freezer temperatures, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
