Anti-RAB18 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against RAB18. It is unconjugated, validated for use in Western blot (WB), and reactive with human samples. One scientific validation image is provided.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RAB18, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total RAB18 protein. The product is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

Purification is by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
