RAB14 is a member of the Ras-related GTPase family that localizes to early endosomes and the Golgi apparatus, where it coordinates membrane trafficking, phagosome maturation, and cargo sorting between endosomal compartments. Polyclonal antibodies raised against this small GTPase are commonly used to map its subcellular distribution and to study pathogen-containing vacuoles in models of bacterial infection, innate immune signaling, and early endocytic trafficking.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is supplied at 100 µl per vial and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is suited for staining of cultured mammalian cells as well as formalin-fixed tissue sections. For handling, refrigerate the vial upon arrival, aliquot the stock to reduce freeze-thaw cycles, and protect the solution from light to maintain activity throughout its shelf life. Distributed by Antibodies.com as part of their primary antibody portfolio, this reagent supports laboratories investigating endosomal biology, Golgi-to-endosome transport, and the role of small GTPases in phagocytic uptake and intracellular pathogen survival.
