Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RAB14, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
It is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human RAB14 and detects endogenous levels of RAB14 protein. The antibody targets a protein of ~ 22 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. One scientific validation image is provided.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
