The Rat monoclonal clone KT80 recognizes RAB11B, a small GTPase of the Rab GTPase family that regulates intracellular vesicle trafficking and endosomal recycling. Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this IgG2a antibody is provided as a 100 ug liquid preparation validated for western blot and immunofluorescence applications on mouse samples. RAB11B functions as a key regulator of receptor recycling from endosomes back to the plasma membrane, cargo sorting through the endosomal network, and trafficking of transferrin receptor-containing vesicles. KT80 is widely used as a marker for recycling endosomes in studies of polarized transport in epithelial cells, synaptic vesicle dynamics in neurons, and phagolysosomal maturation.
