Anti-RAB11A Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Rab11A protein and is raised in rabbit. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation and is validated for use in Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human RAB11A (NP_004654.1). The target is reported at a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific.
