A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Rab 5C protein at the A153 region. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130-180 of Human Rab 5C, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Rab 5C protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
