Anti-QPCT Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against glutaminyl cyclase (QPCT). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–361 of human QPCT (NP_036545.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 41 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and was purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
