Anti-QKI Antibody

Antibodies.com presents a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to QKI, raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–341 of human QKI (NP_006766.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
