Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this primary antibody recognizes QIP1, also referenced as CWC15, a spliceosome-associated factor implicated in catalytic step 2 of pre-mRNA splicing and a documented component of the PRP19-CWC complex. Supplied by Antibodies.com at 100 µl per vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples. The unconjugated format allows investigators to couple the antibody to their preferred reporter dye or enzyme for custom detection workflows. QIP1 expression can be assessed in cell and tissue preparations, supporting studies of RNA processing, spliceosome assembly, and gene expression regulation. Polyclonal antibodies typically recognize multiple epitopes on the target protein, which can help detect low-abundance antigens and accommodate both denatured and native protein conformations. The reagent is intended for research use only and is reactive against human QIP1, fitting investigators studying splicing factor function, mRNA maturation, and related nuclear processes.
