Anti-QDPR Antibody

A polyclonal antibody targeting QDPR is offered by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit, has an IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human QDPR as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of QDPR protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 26 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing sodium azide and 50% glycerol. According to the manufacturer's storage instructions, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
