Anti-QDPR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises QDPR, also referred to as QDPR/DHPR. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-244 of human QDPR (NP_000311.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 26 kDa.

Validated for Western blotting, the antibody is used at a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The concentration is lot specific.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
