Anti-QARS Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets QARS, the gene encoding glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase, an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase enzyme that charges glutamine onto its cognate tRNA during cytosolic translation. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the 100 µl size supports multiple experimental runs.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, the antibody detects QARS protein in samples prepared from human and mouse tissue.
