Anti-QARS Antibody

A polyclonal antibody available from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets QARS (also referred to as GlnRS) and is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-250 of human QARS (NP_005042.1) and was affinity-purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 88 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
