Anti-PYK2 (phospho-Y580) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PYK2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 580. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PYK2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr580, and the target protein runs at approximately 116 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
