Anti-Pyk2 (Phospho-Tyr402) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Pyk2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 402. It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide matching the sequence around tyrosine 402 (D-I-Y(p)-A-E) of human Pyk2, and the antibody was raised in rabbits and purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho-specific antibodies removed via non-phosphopeptide chromatography. The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
