Anti-PYGL Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PYGL, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and detects the PYGL target in human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200 and IP: 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 690-847 of human PYGL (NP_002854.3).

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 97 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
