Anti-PYGB Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PYGB, a protein also referred to as GPBB. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and is supported by six scientific validation images.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 544–843 of human PYGB (NP_002853.2). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and recognises a protein of approximately 105 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
