Anti-PYCARD Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180799)

The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by 4 scientific validation images.

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–50 of human ASC/TMS1 (NP_037390.2). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight is 15–19 kDa / 20 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

Storage instructions state the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
